PROGRAM FEES STRUCTURE

A-RESIDENTIAL PARTICIPANTS:

  1.  Rs.20,000/- per participant
  2. Rs. 25000 /- per participant (Double shared)
  3. Rs. 30000 / per participant (Single Room)

Including taxes per participant. This includes Lectures, practical Training and Program Reading Material, Accommodation for 5 nights (at center on sharing basis), Vegetarian Food (breakfast and Lunch at program venue & morning/evening tea and dinner at centre).

B- NON RESIDENTIAL PARTICIPANTS

 Rs.15,000/- per participant

Inclusive of program fee, breakfast & lunch at venue to and fro Transport by non AC bus Hardwar and venue. They shall be picked & dropped only from designated places in Hardwar only.

Any other services availed by participants in Hotel shall be borne & paid by them to hotel directly. The Hotel accommodation is assured only if full fees is remitted on or before 28th March, 2026.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT OF PROGRAM FEES

  • The full fees should be remitted on or before 28th March, 2026 by online /RTGS/NIFT to the given below.
  • On spot registration is subject to availability of seats.
  • The fee shall in no case shall be carried forward to next programs if participant fails to join.
  • No refund or adjustments shall be done for partial attendance.
  • Certificate shall be given only for the days of program attended only.

If a participant cancels their participation, the fee will not be refunded. In rare and genuine cases, the organizer may allow the participant to join a future program instead.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Acceptance of Application is at the sole discretion of Mrityunjay Mission. Preference is for new participants. The program languages shall be a mix of Hindi and English only. The participants should understand these languages. The food served shall be simple Indian vegetarian only. No request for special arrangements for translation in other languages or food shall be entertained. The program shall be conducted in natural environment /ambient temperature conditions. Please familiarize yourself with weather conditions of HARIDWAR and prepare accordingly
  • Please note the first day of the program (2nd April, 2026) consists of registration, going through exhibits and inaugural session. The first session starts after lunch.
  • Attendents & children are not allowed with participants.
  • Transport arrangement from airport, station or bus station shall be done by participants themselves.
  • Participants are advised to arrive in the Centre/Hotel on 1st April 2026 afternoon or latest by 2nd April 2026 morning well before 7.00 AM, the   buses shall leave for the venue at 8.00 AM. After that, no transport shall be available and participants shall make their own arrangement to reach venue. No transport shall be available from venue to Haridwar during the day before departure of buses around 5.00PM.
  • Discipline is an integral part of the training program and so the course routine must be strictly followed.
  • Disrespect to rules and regulations could result in termination of participation with no refund of fee.
  • Absenting oneself from the scheduled program without prior permission of the teacher or manager concerned would be construed as a gross breach of discipline.
  • To avoid food waste, students must inform their teachers or manager in advance if they intend to skip a meal.
  • Mrityunjay Mission does not make arrangements for guests of students. Any activity that is not related to the course is not permitted.
  • Ensure you are on time for class or you will not be permitted to enter any class once it has commenced.
  • Before departure from the center, students must pay all dues and return all library books.
  • Smoking and alcohol are not permitted during the training and in center.
  • Mobile Videography of sessions not permitted. Keep it silent.

The Program shall be carried out in natural ambience. The Program venue shall have no Air conditioning or cooler. Participants should familiarise themselves with weather conditions of Haridwar.
