About Marma Points
Marma is a point that can be said to be a steep point that has been handed down from ancient India, and it is said that there are 107 spots on the human.
Marma therapy is what stimulates effective points among them.
Mrityunjay (Mrichunjaya) Marma Therapy is developed by Dr. Sunil Kumar Joshi, The Ex-Vice Chancellor (Uttarakhand Ayurveda University), Uttarakhand, India
This is how Dr. Sunil Kumar Joshi, an Ayurvedic surgeon and a representative of Mrityunjay Mission Organization, has been practicing for almost 30 years and practiced in real life.
According to Dr. Joshi, Marma has been passed down as knowledge of Ayurveda since ancient times.
There was no clear statement in the literature of how to actually be used.
Other schools of Marma therapy are mainly done via massage, but Dr. Joshi’s Mrityunjay (Mrityunjaya) marma therapy is mainly focuses on the Purana (ancient) method, which moves with finger pressure and breathing.
The position and pressing method is different from the Japanese hole finger pressure.
This Mrityunjay Self Marma Therapy will be conducting a course on Mastering Self Marma to your family and friends.
