PROGRAM FEE STRUCTURE
RESIDENTIAL PARTICIPANTS
Category A– Rs.11,000/-per participant with accommodation in Ashrams on twin sharing basis.
ASHRAM ACCOMMODATION IS LIMITED & SHALL BE BOOKED ON FIRST COME FIRST REGISTRATION BASIS. PLEASE CHECK WITH MR MAYANK BEFORE SENDING MONEY.
ONCE ASHRAM ACCOMMODATION IS FULL, REGISTRATION SHALL BE IN CAT. B(HOTEL ONLY)
Category B– Rs 15,000/- per participant with accommodation in hotel (Double occupancy).
Fee is inclusive of Reading Material, To & Fro transport by non ac bus to venue and vegetarian food (breakfast & lunch at venue and packed dinner only). Any other services availed by participants at Ashram or Hotel shall be paid directly. Accommodation is for 6 nights stay only. The Ashram & Hotel accommodation is assured only if full fee is remitted on or before 31st October,2018.
NON RESIDENTIAL PARTICIPANTS
Category C– Rs 8,000/- per participant inclusive of Reading material, to & fro transport by non ac bus to venue from selected points in Haridwar and food (breakfast & lunch at venue only)

Completed application Forms with scanned copy of Fee remittance counterfoil should positively be sent on email (mrityunjaymission@gmail.com) or on whats up no +91 7500041684 to Mr. Mayank Joshi by 31 October, 2018, No verbal registrations shall be done under any circumstances.
If participant cancels his participation before start of program on 18th October, 2018, only 50% fee shall be refunded. After 18 October 2018, no fee is refundable
ON SPOT REGISTRATION: On spot registration can be accepted with an additional fee of Rs 2,000/- at the discretion of Mrityunjay Mission in exceptional situations and where prior written information is sent to Mr Mayank Joshi.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Attendant can be allowed with an additional fee of Rs 6,000/-. No certificate shall be issued.
- Transport arrangement from airport, station or bus station shall be done by participants themselves.
- Participants are advised to arrive in Ashram/Hotel on 17th & latest by 18th November morning well before 7.00 AM, The buses shall leave for the venue at 8.00 AM. After that , no transport shall be available and participants shall make their own arrangement to reach venue..No transport shall be available from venue to Haridwar during the day before departure of buses around 5.00PM (CONTACT:Mr Mayank Joshi @ Mobile No.9410579845, 7500041684)
